1). Open Google Chrome. If you don’t have then download it from Google Play Store.

2). Now open your desire Website which you want to add on your home screen.

3). Now after doing this tap on the menu option of your Android Phone.

4). And simply Scroll Down and Tap on “Add to Home Screen”

5). Give title of the website and tap on “Add” button..

6). Your website will be pinned to your home screen…

Now After Pining or adding any webpage or website on your home screen of your Android Smart Phone you can Access it Directly by tapping on it
